Ingredients

  • 4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
  • 60ml cold pressed olive oil
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Natvia
  • Cracked black pepper and salt, to taste
  • Vegetable crudités, for serving

Method

Makes 1 small tub

  1. Process all ingredients (but only ½ the oil) in a food processor until it comes together.
  2. Adding the rest of oil, if required.
  3. Serve with with vegetable crudités.
