- 4 red capsicums, roasted, skinned and seeded
- 60ml cold pressed olive oil
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Natvia
- Cracked black pepper and salt, to taste
- Vegetable crudités, for serving
- Process all ingredients (but only ½ the oil) in a food processor until it comes together.
- Adding the rest of oil, if required.
- Serve with with vegetable crudités.
