Plain Cupcakes

Preparation: 10 minutes, Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 125g light canola spread (can also use butter)
- 7 tablespoons Natvia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅔ cup skim milk (all milks are fine)
Method
Serves 6
- Preheat oven to 190°C, line patty tins with paper cases
- Cream canola spread, gradually add Natvia (beat until light and creamy)
- Add vanilla, add eggs gradually (beat well after each addition)
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, fold in alternately with the milk
- Spoon into patty cases and bake fore 15-20 minutes
