- 10g dried parsley / dried mint / dried dill*
- 1 teaspoon cracked medley pepper or whole medley peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon dried garlic granules

- dried parsley*: make sure it’s very dark green and as fresh as possible, freeze dried is best.
