Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
  • ¼ salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons Natvia
  • 1 cup apple pure
  • ½ cup water

Method

Makes 8 to 12

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C
  2. Mix oat flour, vanilla whey protein, salt, baking soda and lemon zest in a bowl
  3. Mix Natvia, applesauce, water and 1 lemon juice in a bowl
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together
  5. Spray an 8 × 8 dish with non stick spray
  6. Pour ingredients into dish
  7. Bake for 23 minutes
