Lemon Healthy Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
- ¼ salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 lemons
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons Natvia
- 1 cup apple pure
- ½ cup water
Method
Makes 8 to 12
- Preheat oven to 175°C
- Mix oat flour, vanilla whey protein, salt, baking soda and lemon zest in a bowl
- Mix Natvia, applesauce, water and 1 lemon juice in a bowl
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together
- Spray an 8 × 8 dish with non stick spray
- Pour ingredients into dish
- Bake for 23 minutes
